Spring Equinox 2025

The north's natural new year was of course one of the first public celebrations that would have been put forth. 

We gathered in Van Courtland Park, The Bronx around a fire and much like our ancestors, whispered our dreams to eachother. 

Spring is when life bursts forth, it is when our energy warms up and activity begins. We found joy in dancing and drumming the most. The edible nourishment was fresh and colorful and floral.
